A wee yoghurt trick

Here is a trick I learnt from Sophie Gray, one of the many.

You can make yoghurt, in an Easiyo maker, with milk powder, and you don't need to use a whole packet of Eziyo yoghurt mix.

125g milk powder makes 1 Litre of milk. It also makes 1 Litre of Yoghurt. Add 125g milk powder to your yoghurt container, add 1 Tbsp Easiyo yoghurt mix (which can be kept in the fridge or freezer), add water to the top, shake... and continue to make as usual, adding hot water the the inside of the maker etc etc.


Hope this makes sense...
Just one way to save some mulla in the cooking department. Delicious for smoothies, as a replacement for sour cream... experiment and let me know how you get on :)
